After reviewing, approving, and giving payment information, your flag can be sent to production. From this point, it usually takes 10-14 business days for your flag to be produced, though it may take longer, depending on the circumstances.

How Are Custom Flags Produced?

Most flag designs will go through a process called digital printing. Digital printing is excellent for color matching and intricate designs, such as a photo. (We’ve found that many people like to design flags with pictures of their pets.) The digital printing process uses a machine similar to a computer printer in your office, but they are larger, more precise, and faster. The design prints directly to the flag material, usually nylon, with powdered toner or liquid ink.

After your flag is printed, it is inspected for quality assurance. We look at the image, the construction, the colors, and the stitching. Every detail matters. Once it passes the test, we package and ship it from our warehouse to your doorstep.
