Refund policy


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items

Custom items are non-returnable. You will be sent a proof to sign before production starts. We can not continue with the order until we receive the signed proof. Defective custom items reported within 48 hours of receipt may be eligible for replacement or credit.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for stock products, but shipping costs are incurred on every shipment, including exchanges, unless the order qualifies for free shipping.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
